Incorrect information in ‘info’ screen
The ‘info’ screen does not display all the errors or displays them in the wrong order when data is
retrieved from the CPU board under heavy load condition.
Malfunctioning link to MD110 during downloading of software to all base stations
During the execution of the ‘download all bases’ command the data links to the MD110 are
malfunctioning. As a result the MD110 generates alarms.
SICOFI parameters are not saved
After changing SICOFI parameters and resetting the system, in some cases the parameters are not
set in the system and the changed SICOFI parameters are not saved sometimes.
No statistics menu during off-line mode of CSM
When CSM is in the off-line mode, the menu for statistics is not displayed.
Statistic day files incorrectly displayed
When statistic day files are imported by CSM the data is displayed incorrectly.
Incorrect ASCII conversion
When CSM is in the off-line mode and ASCII conversion on one day file is started, an error message
is displayed and CSM stops.
Too long waiting time before call can be made
After deleting a cordless phone and re-subscribing it by the cable subscription method, it could take
30 seconds before a call can be made.
Incorrect values in average duration per user statistics screen
The statistics screen ‘average duration per user’ displays incorrect high values for some users.
Incorrect handling of dates greater than 2027
CSM incorrectly handles dates for years greater than 2027.
CSM does not start though enough free memory is available
The requirement for free executable memory has been increased from 512 KB to 520 KB (minimum).
2.3 Upgrade procedure
During the execution of the upgrade procedure the DCT1800-GAP system is not operational. To limit
the inconvenience execute the upgrade procedure when the system is not being used.
Follow the main steps of the procedure in the given order.
1. Switch off the DCT1800 system.
2. Create an ESD safe working place as described in the chapter 5 ‘Protection against Electronic
Discharge (ESD)’ of the ‘Safety and regulatory information’ section in this book
3. If DTU board 2/ROFNB 157 03 is present in the system place the two PROMs RYT/ROFNB 157
03/5 R1C.
4. If DTU-E1 board 2/ROFNB 157 13/n is present in the system place the two PROMs RYSNB 101
17/10 R1C.
