The DCT1800-GAP system supplies some additional proprietary features to increase the user

friendliness of the system. They are listed in table

3 and described in paragraph 2.5.1.

Cordless phones can contain other features which are not related to GAP (e.g. phone book, menu

driven user interface, etc.). For a complete overview of the cordless phone features that are of interest

for the user please refer to the respective user’s guide.

2.4.2 Overview of features of other layers

The table below gives an overview of the applicable MAC and DLC features for the radio exchange

and cordless phones. For more information about these features see chapter

2.5 MD110 dependent proprietary features for the cordless phones

Cordless phones have some additional proprietary features that depend on the revision of the MD110

and others that are independent of the MD110. If a column has a Y (yes) or a N (no), the feature is

respectively supported, not supported by the MD110. For an overview of cordless phone features that

are independent of the MD110, see separate documentation.

2.5.1 Description of MD110 dependent proprietary features for the cordless phones

Who called list

The who-called list is a first-in-first-out list that is maintained in the volatile memory of the cordless

phone. It is capable of storing the last received A numbers (calling party number) of unanswered calls

and can be used to make outgoing calls. The related menu is only visible if the list is not empty. The

who-called list is created after the first unanswered call with A-number is received. Subsequent
