Chapter 20 Modular cabinet power cabling
20.1 Introduction
This chapter describes the installation of the power cables of the modular cabinet. The installation
depends on whether the modular cabinet is powered by an AC source or a DC source and on how
the base station are powered.
Figure 64 gives the power distribution in the modular cabinet for the three basic powering methods:
the transformer, the Battery Power Unit (BPU) or an external 48 Vdc supply.
