Chapter 6 Battery power unit
6.1 Introduction
The battery power unit (see figure 15) is built up using the following items:
Battery cabinet set REX-BAS0053 (BKBNB 101 02/1):
Battery cabinet (BKB 201 002):
–Cabinet
Battery rack with circuit breaker and cables
Installation material (NTM 144 92
Power cord (TRE 990 113/850) for supplying the 48 V to the modular cabinet
3 power cables (TRE 990 119/200) for interconnecting the batteries
Power cable (TRE 990 112/3000) for power failure alarm
Power cable (TRE 990 111/400) for power failure alarm
Front cover (SXK 106 4147/1),Bottom plate (SXA 112 4404/1)
Mounting bracket (SXA 112 4406/1)
Extra power cord (TRE 990 113/850)
Power supply unit REX-BAS0063 (BML 351 013/1)
4 batteries (4 times REX-BAS0054 (BKC 851 003))
Mains power cord (depending on country REX-CAB9016 (RPM 945 102) or REX-CAB9018
(RPMNB 101 02))
Mains wall outlet requirements
The wall outlet shall be installed near the system and must be easily accessible, because the plug of
the mains power cord is used as a ‘disconnect device’. The wall-outlet does not need to be a grounded
one.
Fusing
The Power Supply Unit (PSU) in the battery power unit is provided with two fast 6.3 A fuses.
