To require a matching profile for incoming calls, set Profile Reqd=Yes.
This prevents the Pipeline from building a connection on the basis of
parameters in the Answer profile.

If appropriate, set Id Auth=Required.
Some connection types do not provide an authentication method. If you plan
to allow those types of calls, you might need to use Id Auth (calling line ID).

Next, set options for PPP and MP+ calls:
