To activate the sleeping unit, the operator can select either Sense
TTL inputs or/and RTS and DTR inputs.

5.3.2 MODEM ALARM PROPERTIES
The AlphaWave radio modem has the ability to indicate alarms using
Alarm LED indicator and two TTL outputs.
