3.7.3 Recording Midi out From Spark EDM Sequencer and Pads into your host
Midi Out from Spark EDM sequencer, from pads and from pattern changes can be
recorded in a host. All notes coming out from the Spark EDM’s patterns can be recorded,
additionally to automations.
Use the preferences to select which kind of midi data has to be sent:
Choose “Send Midi From Pads” for sending midi data from Spark EDM pads, and pattern
changes to your host
Choose “Send Midi From Sequencer ” for sending midi data coming from Spark EDM’s
sequencer to your host.
3.8 USE IN CUBASE/NUENDO (VST)
3.8.1 Instrument use in VST mode
The opening of a Spark EDM VST plug-in is the same as opening all other VST
plug-ins. Please consult the instruction manual of your host sequencer for
more specific information. Under Cubase/Nuendo, create a new “Instrument”
track, and choose Spark EDM in the rack.
