audio device
Select the driver corresponding to the sound menu that you
wish to use.
sample rate
Choose the sampling frequency among those proposed by
your sound menu. Note that a large sampling frequency will
demand increasing processor performance on your computer.
audio buffer size
Here, you can configure the optimal audio latency as it
relates to performance of your sound card. Be careful with
this setting, as a latency setting lower than your system can
support can cause unwanted artifacts in the sound.
configuration panel
This button opens your audio card's configuration panel, if it
is available. (Windows only with ASIO protocol)
active output channels
Allows you to select the main audio outputs for BRASS 2
active midi inputs
List of MIDI controllers detected by the system; select one to
control BRASS 2.
7.1.3 Saving the configuration
The configuration is saved automatically, as well as the last loaded kit and riff,
when BRASS 2 is closed. These settings are then loaded at next startup.
