9.4.1.2. Default State
This sets the default state of the layer. The available options are:
• ON
Set s the visible state of the layer to “on” when the document is opened.
• OFF
Set s the visible state of the layer to “off” when the document is opened.
9.4.1.3. Initial State
Initial State settings are only affective if ‘Allow Layer State to be set by user
information’ is selected in Acrobat's General Preferences (Edit > Preferences >
General > Startup). If this is not selected, the settings for the Default State will be
used.
• Visibility
Sets when the layer is visible in Acrobat’s viewer. The available options are:
- Visible When ON
- Never Visible
- Always Visible
• Print
Sets when the layer is printable. The available options are:
- Prints When Visible
- Never Prints
- Always Prints
• Export
Sets when the layer is exportable. The available options are:
- Exports When Visible
- Never Exports
- Always Exports
9.4.1.4. Zoom Level
Sets the zoom level when the layer is visible in Acrobat’s viewer. The layer will only
be visible if the magnification of Acrobat’s viewer is between the minimum and
maximum zoom level. The available options are:
- No zoom level set
- Layer visible from minimum to maximum zoom level.
