13.3 Creating new Iris Tables with the Iris Table Wizard

● Click on the headword „<new>“ in the User Iris List and

click „Edit Iris Table“. This will start the Iris Table Wizard.

Step 1

Enter the range of your iris

Some lenses may have a „CLOSE“

position where the iris is shut

completely. If so, check „Yes“ in the

box.

● Enter open and close iris values

of your lens.

Step 2

Mount Lens Motor and Calibrate

● Attach a Controlled Lens Motor

(CLM-1/2) to the LDB or UMC.

● Start calibration.

Note: Alternatively the buttons

on WMU-2/3 or WHA-2/3 can be

used.

Step 3

Toggle stop position

Depending on how the lens was

mounted the iris may not be in the

open position at this stage.

● Click Toggle if the iris is not on

the open position.
