Wired Handgrip Attachment (WHA-2)
With this handgrip attachment the hand units of the wireless Lens Control
System (WFU-1 and/or WZU-1) or the Wireless Remote Control (WRC-1)
can be operated hardwired.
Compatibility: The WHA-2 works with the ARRIFEX 435 Advanced
if a FEM-2 is present as well as with the ARRICAM Studio and ARRICAM
Lite. It can be connected to the LCS socket of a Lens Data Box with cable
LC-M1, LC-M2, LC-Z1 or LC-Z2. Alternatively it can be connected
to the CAC connector of Studio or Lite using cable KC-70 (3m/9ft).
For lens control on an ARRICAM, a Lens Data Box must be present.
The WHA-2 can be mounted on the camera with the Rod Bracket or
with the Rosette Bracket.

WHA-2 Rod Bracket
This bracket is used to mount the WHA-2 onto support rods. It con-
nects to the WHA-2 with a quick release dovetail mechanism. Two
articulated hinges allow for flexible positioning of the WHA-2 and
attached controller.

WHA-2 Rosette Bracket
This bracket is used to mount the WHA-2 onto an ARRIHEAD. It
connects to the WHA-2 with a quick release dovetail mechanism. This
dovetail clamps onto a 15mm rod, which can be swiveled out for flexi-
ble positioning of the WHA-2 and attached controller.
A 5mm hex key is needed for mounting the bracket onto the ARRI-
HEAD rosette.
