• Remove all cable ties, bubble wrap, and tape from wiring.

Reconnect spark rod wire
to spark rod in burner.

Reconnect threaded
fitting to burner flame
sensor port.

Route blower motor
wiring through
conduit and into
disconnect panel.

In disconnect panel, connect
wires to motor overload
connection terminals below
motor starter.
Note: Wires are labeled.
Confirm labeling of starter by
checking for wire labeled 48A
below it.
Modulating burner wiring
(may not be present)

Route switch group
wiring through
conduit and into
control panel.
