Limited Warranty
Arlington Industries, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective, it
may be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the sole option of Arlington's facility in Scranton, PA.
There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase on any
Arlington Industries, Inc. product and any such warranties are specifically disclaimed. Some
states do not allow limitation on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to
you.
In no instance shall Arlington be responsible to repair or replace a product under this Limited
Warranty where said product was improperly installed, altered or misused, including using the
product contrary to Arlington's printed instructions or instructions stamped on the product itself.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Arlington shall under no circumstances be liable
for any incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in any way
relating to any breach of warranty or claimed defect in, or non-performance of, the products.
This Limited Warranty is designed to fully comply with the terms and provisions of the
Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Some states may not allow the limitation or exclusion of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to
you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary
from state to state.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
