Seasoned Wedges
Ingredients
• 6 large baking potatoes
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
Prep: 5 mins Cooking Time: 12 mins Serves: 1-2 Function: Dynamic Crisp
1. Wash, dry and cut potatoes into wedges. Transfer to
the Dynamic Crisp Plate and add the remaining
ingredients. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
2. Cook on Dynamic Crisp function for 12 minutes or until
golden brown. Serve as a side or as a snack with sour
cream and sweet chilli sauce.
