Steamed Coconut Rice
Ingredients
• 1 cup jasmine rice
• 1 cup coconut cream
• 1 bay leaf
Prep: 3 mins Cooking Time: 6 mins Serves: 4 Function: Steam
1. Wash your rice in the Steamer Accessory* and drain
the excess water. Do this 2 times to release majority of
the starch from the rice. In the Steamer Accessory*
combine the remaining ingredients in the bottom of the
container (3) then place in the microwave with the lid on
(1) and cook for 5 minutes on Steam function.
2. Remove the lid and cook for a further 1 minute.
3. The rice should be uy without any broken grains.
Remove the spices and serve immediately.

• 1 cinnamon stick
