Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

• 2 cups macaroni pasta

• 2 cups water

• 30g butter

• 1 tablespoon corn our

• 1 ¼ cups milk

• 1 teaspoon mustard powder

• 200g grated tasty cheese

Prep: 4 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serves: 2-3 Function: Microwave

1. Fill the bottom of the Steamer Accessory* (3) with the

macaroni and water, but don’t use the lid (1). Cook on high

for 6 minutes in 2 minute intervals, stirring after each

interval.

2. Once the pasta has absorbed all the water, add in the

butter, milk, mustard powder and half of the tasty cheese

then stir to combine. Cook for a further 2 minutes then stir

again.

3. Add the corn our by rstly mixing it with 1 tablespoon of

water to make a slurry, this will thicken the cheese mixture.

Add to the pasta, then cook for a further 2 minutes and

season with salt and pepper. Serve either as a side or just

as a quick meal.
