Crispy Skin Salmon
Prep: 8 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serves: 2 Function: Microwave + Dynamic Crisp
1. Using the Steamer Accessory*, add a cup of water to the
bottom (3) of the steamer and place the vegetables on the
middle layer (2). Cover with the lid (1) and cook on the highest
microwave wattage for 3 minutes. Remove from the
microwave.
3. Preheat the Dynamic Crisp Plate for 2 minutes on Dynamic
Crisp function. Lightly coat the salmon with olive oil then
lightly season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the salmon llets skin down on the Dynamic Crisp
Plate and cook for 4 minutes on Dynamic Crisp funcion then
turn over the salmon and cook for 1 minute to brown the other
side.
5. Remove the salmon with the Dynamic Crisp Handle. Serve
by placing the steamed greens on the bottom of a plate,
followed by the salmon.

• 1 bunch asparagus, halved
• 60g baby spinach
• 100g green beans, ends trimmed
• Olive oil
