Preheating
cups and pipes
Espresso coffee should always be pre-
pared with the pipes already heated and
served in a hot cup that enhances the
aroma and prolongs the flavour. Thermal
shock can alter the aroma of coffee.
The lower the quantity of espresso coffee
in the cup, the more important it is to heat
the cup.
• Place a cup under the coffee distributor.
• Press the button
()
and then the button
(-)
at the same time.
Only hot water will come out through the
pipes without coffee.
• Half-fill the cup.
• Leave the water in the cup for 30 sec-
onds and then empty it. This will preheat
the pipes as well.
Preparing coffee
• Position the cup or cups underneath the
spouts.
• Ensure that the word “COFFEE” has
stopped flashing (= boiler temperature
reached).
• Press the button
(-)
to start the supply.
The supply stops automatically but it can
be stopped early by pressing the same
button again.
Hot water
• Switch on the boiler to prepare the hot
water using the key and wait for the
word “WATER” to stop flashing.
• Place the cup or container under the dis-
tributor.
• Turn knob "A" (Fig. 7) to the left to obtain
hot water.

Precalentamiento
de tazas
y tuberías
El café expreso, debe prepararse siem-
pre con las tuberías ya calientes, y to-
marlo en una taza que realce el aroma y
el gusto lo mas posible. Las fuertes va-
riaciones térmicas alteran el aroma del
café
Cuanto menor es la cantidad de café ex-
preso, mas importante es calentar la taza.
• Disponer la taza debajo de la boquilla del
café.
• Mantener primero presionada la tecla
()
y luego pulsar contemporáneamente con
ésta la tecla
(-)
. La maquina efectuará el
calentamiento de los conductos haciendo
circular únicamente agua en el circuito.
• Llenar la taza hasta la mitad.
• Dejar el agua en la taza durante 30 se-
gundos antes de vaciarla. De esta ma-
nera se calientan también las tuberías.
Preparar el café
• Posicionar la taza o las tazas debajo de la
boquilla.
• Asegurarse que el mensaje “CAFÉ” haya
dejado de relampaguear
(temperatura de la caldera alcanzada).
• Accionar la tecla
(-)
para que empiece el
soministro. El soministro cesa
automáticamente pero puede interrumpirse
antes apretándo de nuevo la misma tecla.
Agua caliente
• Encender la caldera parar calentar el agua
mediante el botón y esperar que el
mensaje “AGUA” haya dejado de
relampaguear.
• Colocar la taza o recipiente debajo de la lanza.
• Girar el mando del grifo "A" (fig.7) hacia la
izquierda para que salga el agua caliente.

Voorverwarming
van kopjes en
waterleidingen
De espressokoffie moet steeds klaarge-
maakt worden in voorverwarmde leiding en
in een warm kopje hierdoor komt de smaak
vollegig tot z’n recht en blijft de smaak veel
langer. Termische schokken versterken de
koffiesmaak.
Hoe minder koffie er klaargemaakt wordt,
hoe langer de koffiekop voorverwarmd
moet worden.
• Het kopje onder het tuitje van de koffie hou-
den.
• Eerst de toets
()
ingedrukt houden ,
nadien tegelijkertijd de toets
(-)
indruk-
ken. Het apparaat is de verwarming van
de buisleiding aan het uitvoeren door al-
leen water door de stroomkring te laten
lopen.
• Vul het kop voor de helft.
• Laat het water in het kopje gedurende dertig
seconden voor het uit te gieten. Op die ma-
nier worden ook de leidingen voorverwarmd.
Bereiding van koffie
• Plaats het kopje of de kopjes onder de tuit.
• Er zich van verzekeren dat het woord
“KOFFIE” niet meer knippert. (= gewenste
temperatuur verwarmingselement).
• Druk op de knop
(-)
om de koffie te be-
reiden. Het stopt automatisch, maar kan
ook onderbroken worden door opnieuw
dezelfde knop in te drukken.
Warm water
• De recipiënt voor de bereiding van warm
water inschakelen door de knop in te
drukken en wachten tot het woord
“WATER” niet meer knippert.
• Plaats de kop of inhoudsmaat onder de
toevoerbuis.
• Draai de knop van het kraantje "A" (fig.7) naar
links voor de bereiding van warm water.
