Limited Lifetime Warranty
WTI, Inc. /Arista Branded product warrants that its products are free from
manufacturing defects and comply with specifications for such products.
The limited warranty period for this product shall be for the lifetime of the
original purchaser. Within that
time, WTI, Inc. will provide free
replacement of any part that is proven defective due to manufacturing
defect after inspection by WTI, Inc. In order to obtain performance of this
warranty, please ship the product prepaid, along with proof of purchase to:
WTI Inc., 4100 Cedar Commercial Drive NE, Cedar Springs, MI 49319.
This is the exclusive remedy for any and all warranty and other claims.
WTI warranty obligation shall in all cases be limited solely to the
replacement of equipment or parts found defecti
ve in material or
workmanship within the warranty period. .
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any of the following:
Damage caused by accident, misuse or negligence, including
improper installation, operation and maintenance, normal wear and
tear, damage caused by a use or application or a purpose for which
the product was not designed, or damage caused by alterations or
repairs that have, in WTI’s judgment, adversely affected its
performance or reliability.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
WTI MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER AS
TO MERCHANTABILITY FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OR USE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER. WTI SHALL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS,
SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
Garantie limitée à vie
WTI, Inc./produit de marque Arista garantit que ses produits sont
exempts de défauts de fabrication et conformes aux spécifications de
tels produits. La période de garantie limitée de ce produit correspond
à la durée de vie de l’acheteur original. Dans ce délai, WTI,
Inc.fournira le remplacement gratuit de toutes pièces qui s’avèrent
défectueuses en raison d’un défaut de fabrication après l’inspection
faite par WTI, Inc. Afin d’obtenir l’exécution de cette garantie,
veuillez envoyer le produit port payé, accompagné d’
une preuve
d’achat à l’adresse : WTI Inc., 4100 Cedar Commercial Drive NE,
Cedar Springs, MI 49319. Il s’agit du recours exclusif pour toute
garantie et autre réclamation. L’
obligation de garantie WTI doit dans
tous les cas être limitée exclusi
vement au remplacement de
l’équipement ou des pièces défectueuses concernant le matériel ou la
fabrication durant la période de garantie.
Cette garantie limitée ne s’applique à aucun des éléments suivants :
dommages causés par un accident, mauvais usage ou
négligence, notamment une installation, une utilisation et un
entretien inappropriés, usure normale, dommages causés par
une utilisation ou une application ou à une fin à laquelle le
produit n’est pas conçu, dommages causés par des altérations
ou des réparations qui ont, selon WTI, compromis son
rendement et sa fiabilité.
CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE PRÉVAUT SUR TOUTE AUTRE
GARANTIE, EXPRESSE OU TACITE. WTI NE DONNE AUCUNE
AUTRE GARANTIE OU DÉCLARATION EXPRESSE OU
TACITE, DE QUELQUE NATURE QUE CE SOIT, DE QUALITÉ
MARCHANDE D’
ADAPTATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER
OU AUTRE. WTI NE PEUT EN AUCUN CAS ÊTRE TENU
RESPONSABLE DE TOUT DOMMAGE DIRECT OU INDIRECT.

L’
EXCLUSION OU LA LIMITATION DES DOMMAGES
DIRECTS OU INDIRECTS OU
LES LIMITATIONS
CONCERNANT LA DURÉE DE LA GARANTIE IMPLICITE, DE
SORTE QUE LES EXCLUSIONS ET LES LIMITATIONS
MENTIONNÉES CI-DESSUS PEUVENT NE PAS S’APPLIQUER
À VOUS. CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE VOUS OCTROIE LES
DROITS LÉGAUX PARTICULIERS QUI PEUVENT VARIER EN
FONCTION DE L’ÉTAT/PROVINCE.
