1. According to the different products you are going to install, check the corresponding mounting
length needed as indicated on the Universal Mounting Template sheet.
Tape the required part of the template sheet on to the wall at the desired location, Fig. 1. Check
the “Center-Line” on the template is level on the wall. Place the Quick-Mount design mounting
plate(s), Fig. 3, vertically at the corresponding location(s) along the Center-Line on the template,
with the upper & lower screw holes evenly distributed above & below the Center-Line and with
the spring-pin on the lower side. Then, mark the screw locations along the vertical line on the
template, through the upper & lower holes at the mounting plate.
2. Take away the mounting plate after marking is done. Start to drill holes at the marked screw
locations, Fig.2.
On ceramic tiles wall, always try to locate the mounting hole location(s) on the grout line. If
un-avoidably mounting on tile surface is needed, use masking tape to facilitate easier marking
and to prevent sliding during drilling. Use 1/4” diameter carbide drill bit for drilling the holes.
3. Push the plastic anchors provided into the holes until flush with the wall. Then, screw the
mounting plates to the wall with the screws provided, Fig. 3. Do not over-tighten the screws.
Note : Molly or toggle bolts may be required for hollow wall. (not included)
