2.5.2 Enable onboard VGA header
Header CN25 controls the onboard VGA setting.
CN25 has the default set as enabled where pin 2 and pin 3 are short, and switch the jumper to pin 1 and pin
2 will disable onboard VGA. Refer to the following diagram for CN25 location:
