• Unusual heavy development of

foam in the dirty water tank

• No cleaning agent is coming

out, even though the dispenser

button on the cleaning agent

attachment is being pressed.

• Is residual moisture to high,

liquid is no longer sucked up

properly

- Have you used the wrong type of shampoo?

 Replace it

and only use the same type supplied with the appliance.

- Is there any cleaning liquid in the spraying agent tank?

 Refill.

- Is the spray opening blocked?  Clean the nozzle with

hot water to remove any previous build up of impurities

(see “Cleaning the cleaning agent attachment”).

- Is the electronic suction power controller set to MIN? 

Set suction power to MAX.

- Is the mechanical suction power controller on the hand

grip open?  Close the slider on the hand grip.

- Is the nozzle really flat on the floor?  Hold nozzle or

suction cleaning with a slightly greater incline.
