Step 1 Beginning on the rear passenger side, remove the torque bolts on the hinges with a T50 torx bit as done on the front door. Step 2 Locate the lower kick panel between the front and rear doors and remove the plastic cover. Disconnect the dome light and safety strap. Lift the door and place aside. Step 3 Install the new tube door by sliding the door pins into the factory hinges. Secure the door with an 8mm flat washer and lock nut. Snug the hardware, but do not fully tighten. ARIESAUTOMOTIVE.

Step 4 Reattach the safety strap. Before closing the door, attach the rubber bushing to the inside of the door as shown. The rubber bushing is attached with using the supplied Phillips head sheet metal screws. Step 5 Check the alignment of the locking door latch with the striker plate inside the door jam. This may need to be adjusted in order for the door to close completely. To adjust, use a T40 Torx bit to loosen the bolts on the striker plate.
