Safety and Care Advice Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.

Assembly Instructions Step 1 a: Fixing right front frame to the right side panel (Two people required for an easier assembly). a: Insert right side panel 1 into right front frame 4 through joints. b: 4 D 1 b: Place blocks D 26 No! Note: Before fixing blocks 26 into place it is important to ensure that the slot and groove of parts 1 and 4 are fully pushed together and lined up correctly at the top and bottom. c: Yes! p To Attention: correct position of panel.

Assembly Instructions Step 8 Attention: Inserting base panels and shelves. 8 9 9 With help, fit base panels 8 and shelves 9 to right side panel 1 . 8 9 Attention! Round edges on base panels and shelves must be facing front. 8 Insert 4 locking nuts H into base panels 8 where shown. H H Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts H clockwise to lock. H H 1 Do not over tighten. H Step 9 Fixing left side panel.

B B B B Step 11 Attach middle drawer runner 21 to back column 25 using screw D . 25 D 21 Step 12 Fixing middle drawer runner. a: Fit middle drawer runner 21 in vertical frame and back column 25 in base panel. b: Attach middle drawer runner and back column using screws D .
Assembly Instructions Step 13 Fixing side drawer runner. Fit side drawer runners 22 to the side panels, then fix them using screws E as shown. With help, carefully turn the product with its front facing up. 22 22 E 22 E 22 22 Step 14 Fixing top panel. With help, fit top panel 7 to the cabinet then fix it using screws E .
Assembly Instructions Step 15 a: Fix side plinths 23 to the side panels using screws C . Note: Make sure side plinths are aligned to the bottom and front edges of the side panels. 4 b: a: 5 23 11 b: Fix front plinth 11 C C to the front frames 4 and 5 using screws C . 23 Note: Make sure front 11 plinth is aligned to the bottom edge of the side panels and in line to the side plinths. C C a: Step 16 Fix block 26 to the front plinth and front frame using screws D .
Assembly Instructions Step 17 Fixing back panels. Important: Cabinet MUST be ‘square’ when back panels are attached. Make sure back panels are in flush with the edge of the top panel prior to fixing. a: Attach back panel 3 to the right side first using nails J . J b: Position profile 6 onto back panel (just attach). J 6 3 J 3 c: Carefully slot the J second back panel 3 into the profile and fix it to the cabinet using nails J .
Assembly Instructions Step 18 b: a: Smaller drawer assembly. 20 a: Attach drawer sides 20 17 to the drawer front using screws C . 18 C 20 19 17 b: Slide drawer bottom 19 into slots on drawer sides and position drawer back 18 in place. 2x C c: Holding the drawer back 18 , press the drawer sides and fix them using screws C . c: d: C d: Using bolts F attach drawer handle I to drawer front. F C I Repeat step 18 for the other drawer. Step 19 a: Larger drawer assembly.
Assembly Instructions Step 20 Insert drawers into unit. With the back of the drawers past the front frames, use a hammer to tap dowels A in flush to drawer sides. This is a safety catch to stop drawer falling out. A A Step 21 Fixing to wall. Furniture must be fixed to a wall. Fix wall strap L to top of furniture using washer K and screw B . With help, move furniture into position. Note: Wall plugs not supplied. The correct type of fixing must be used for your wall, seek professional advice if in doubt.
A Guide to - Wall Mounting & Fixings Important: When drilling into walls always check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc. Important note: If plastic wall plugs are supplied with your product: Make sure that the screws and wall plugs being used are suitable for supporting your unit. Consult a qualifed tradesperson if you are unsure. Hints: - these are only suitable for use in masonry walls. If you are in any doubt about the correct wall plugs for your wall, seek professional advice.
