work
- The plug does not fit correctly into the
socket
- The plug or the socket are loose or
broken
- The front panel is not fixed
- Fit correctly the plug into the
socket
- Check the plug and the
socket
- Check the front panel and
substitute it
Remote control does
not work
-The battery is not inserted/The battery is
exhausted
-The remote control has not been aimed
correctly towards the appliance
-There is an obstacle between the
remote control and the appliance
-Replace the battery
-Aim it correctly
-Remove the objects in the
path
Low efficiency of
filtration
- Pre-filter is dirty
- The grids for air intake/outlet are dirty
- HEPA filter is dirty
- Clean/change the filter
- Remove the obstacles
- Substitute HEPA filter
