HOW TO USE THE FAN HEATER
Connect the power cord to a suitable electric socket (220-240V~/50Hz).
FAN MODE (FAN)
Press the button ON/OFF on the control panel (III) or on the remote control
. The horizontal flap opens, the LED
on the display lights and the unit begins to operate in fan mode (the ceramic resistance is not active – ho heating).
The display shows the room temperature and the LED C) lights.
HEATING MODE
ECO mode selection – Energy saving (1000W):
Press a second time the button III on the control panel or the button
on the remote control.
The LED
”E” on the control panel lights.
COMFORT mode selection (2000 W):
press a third time the button III on the control panel or the button on the remote control.
Both the LEDS
”C E” on the control panel light.
SWING mode selection (SWING):
press a fourth time the button III on the control panel or the button
on the remote control.
The LED
lights.
TIMER OFF
TIMER OFF SETTING:
press the button
on the control panel or the remote control.
The LED
lights. Press this button once or more times to set the operation time (1-8 h).
TEMPERATURE SETTING:
Temperature adjustment (ONLY WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL):
press the buttons
and in order to adjust the temperature (from 10 to 49°C).
If the selected temperature is higher than the room temperature, the unit automatically turns on and heats until
the selected temperature is reached. The unit will automatically maintain the temperature at a constant level.
Press the button
to cancel the temperature setting. The default temperature is 25°C.
NB.
To completely shut the fan heater off, press the button III on the control panel or the button
on the
remote control.
After switching off the fan heater, the fan will continue to to run for a few seconds to cool the heating
elements
OVERHEATING SAFETY DEVICE
In case of overheating the safety cut out protecting the heating element will automatically switch off the appliance.
In this case the appliance stops working.
If this happens:
switch off the heater;
remove the causes of abnormal operation or overheating (i.e. obstacles in front of air inlet or air outlet grille, abnormal
accumulations of dusts inside the appliance);
let the heater cool down for 15/20 minutes;
switch on again the heater and verify the correct operation.
If the fault persists, contact an Authorized Service Center.
Information for correct disposal of the battery in accordance with the European Directive 2006/66/EC
Please replace battery when its electricity charge is used up: please do not eliminate this battery together with normal
household waste. It must be taken to special local community waste collection centres or to a dealer providing this service.
Disposing of a battery separately avoids possible negative effects on the environment and human health deriving from an
inappropriate disposal and enables its components to be recovered and recycled to obtain significant savings in energy and
resources. In order to underline the duty to dispose of this equipment separately, the battery is marked with a crossed-out
dustbin.
