Remove the components from the box
and ensure you have the following parts:
Fuselage assembly, a le- and right- hand
wing panel, stabilizer, n and rudder,
landing gear, 2.4GHz 6-channel transmier
(included in RTF version, required for PTF),
LiPo balance charger, mains adaptor, 2- cell
LiPo baery, spinner, propeller, screwdriver.

Insert the vercal n mounng legs
through the holes in the stabilizer
and then place the unit on the top of
the rear fuselage.

Invert the fuselage and insert the
plasc connector into the holes in
the fuselage. Make sure to capture
the plasc bracket for the tailwheel
under the plasc connector.

Insert the two 2mm x 8mm machine
screws into the holes in the plasc
connector and ghten with the
supplied screwdriver. Install one
screw to retain the tailwheel
bracket.

Slide the two wing halves together
to test t.
Place the charger on a at, heat resistant surface
with a good airow all around. Connect the supplied
2S 1000mAh Li- Po baery to the charger using the
white three pin balance plug, ensuring the correct
orientaon of the plug. The red and green ‘Charger
LEDs will light indicang that the baery is charging.
When fully charged the red LED will remain glowing
the green will be out, whereupon the baery can be
disconnected.

Peel the backing paper from the
front and rear plasc reinforcement
plates.

Slide the wings together and press
the plasc plates down to retain.

Insert main landing gear into slot
on boom of fuselage. Retain with
two washer head machine screws in
holes provided.

Read and fully understand the Li- Po care and safety
precauons in the full online manual at
www.ares- rc.com and never leave Li- Po baeries
unaended while charging. Plug the mains power
adaptor into a wall socket and connect the charger to
the power adaptor using the circular DC socket. Note
that the red LED ‘Power’ indicator on the charger will
light.
