areasarebettersuitedandpreferred.DONOTflyinparkinglots,crowdedneighborhood
areasorinareasthatarenotfreeofpeopleandobstructions.
Wealsosuggestflyingover
grassasit’samuchmore‘forgiving’surfacethatcausesless
damageintheunfortunateeventofacrash.Shortgrassisbetterfortakeoffsandlandingsas
grassthatistoolongcancausetheairplanetonose‐over/flipandbedamaged.Anidealflying
areaallowsfortakeoffsand
landingsonasmoothersurface(suchasasphaltorthedirtofa
baseballinfield)andflyingovergrass.
