2. Hardware Installation

This section describes the procedures for installing ARC-11xx/12xx se-

ries.

2.1 Before Your begin Installation

Thanks for purchase SATA RAID Controller as your RAID data storage

and management system. This user guide gives simple and step-by-

step instructions for installing and conﬁguring your SATA RAID Con-

troller. To ensure your personal safety and protect your equipment

and data, carefully read the information that follows the package

content list before you begin installing.

your local dealer before proceeding with installation (disk drives

and disk mounting brackets are not included):
