3.25 Analog Temperature Sensor (Thermistor)
A thermistor is a type of resistor whose resistance varies significantly with temperature,
When the temperature increases, the thermistor resistance decreases; when the temperature
decreases, the thermistor resistance increases. It can detect surrounding temperature
changes in real time.
3.25.1 Specification:
Resistance: 5Kohm + / -1%
Standard tolerances: ±5%, ±10%, ±20%
B Value tolerance: ±5%
Measuring power: ≤0.5mW
Dissipation Constant: ≥6.0mW/℃
Time Constant: ≤30 seconds
Rated Power: 0.5W
Temperature Range: -55℃~125℃
3.26 Diode
A diode is a two-terminal electronic component that conducts primarily in one direction
(asymmetric conductance); it has low (ideally zero) resistance to the current in one direction,
and high (ideally infinite) resistance in the other.
