Managing the Mesh
Mesh management can be performed using ARCView, ARCView Pro or SNMP.
• ARCView allows you to manage a single mesh network and runs locally on you PC.
ARCView Pro is a client/ server solution that allows you to manage multiple mesh networks
The reader is referred to the ARCView / ARCView Pro User’s Manual for descriptions and operating
instructions for both solutions.
• The MetroE supports Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) based MIBs for mesh
management using third-party network management tools.
