Onzen Technical Guide North American Topside
Is Sanitizer Being Produced and Delivered to Spa Water?
is test requires:
· e water temperature to be at least 80º F (27 º C).
· e Filter Cycle Duration to be set to 00.
· CP Chlorine Production Time (Onzen Cycle Duration) programmed to CP 6. Onzen system will run for 24 hours
per day.
Step 1. Set Filtration Cycle Time to Fd 00 (= No Filtration)
Press the Filter Cycle Key.
e Filter Cycle Duration details “Fd” will be displayed “Fd XX” .
Use down arrow key to change the Filter Cycle
Duration to Fd 00.
is de-activates the ltration pump so you can see the mist of
gas bubbles produced by the Onzen System.
Step 2. Go into Low Level (LL) Seing
Hold the Filter Cycle key down for 20 seconds until “bL 0
OR bL 1” is displayed.
Step 3. Scroll to CP (Chlorine Production) Seings
Scroll through the Low Level (LL) seings by pressing the Filter Cycle
key until it reads “CP X ”. (“x” will be a value between 0 & 6).
Step 4. Change CP Seing to CP 6
Change CP seing to CP 6.
CP 6 programs the Onzen system to produce Chlorine 24 hours daily.
Step 5. Scroll rough Low Level Seings
Continue scrolling through the Low Level seings by repeatedly
pushing the Filter Cycle key until the pack resets.
