2 Modem hangs up after ON-to-OFF DTR transition (&D2) – default
3 Modem resets after ON-to-OFF DTR transition (&D3)
5=0 CD signal always on (&C0)
1 CD signal on when a remote carrier signal is present (&C1) – default
