Product Warranty
GENERAL WARRANTY. Architectural Mailboxes, LLC guarantees this Product against defects in workmanship and
materials, under normal use and proper assembly, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Company’s obligation
under this agreement is limited solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the warranty period.
This Warranty may not be modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company. The General Warranty applies
to the original owner only and must have been purchased from an “Authorized Dealer”. To file a claim an original receipt
must be provided. THIS WARRANTY SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPONENTS
THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR
OPERATION, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSING SUCH
DEFECT.
Company is not responsible for labor charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the
liability of Company exceed the purchase price of the product. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to
Company with all warranty claims.
DISCLAIMER. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY THIS AGREEMENT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND
THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN. NO WHOLESALER, DISTRIBUTOR, RETAILER, ANY AGENT OF THE
COMPANY MAY ALTER OR AMEND SECTIONS OF THIS WARRANTY WITHOUT THE PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION OF THE COMPANY. CUSTOMER WAIVES THE BENEFIT OF ANY RULE THAT DISCLAIMER
OF WARRANTY SHALL BE CONSTRUED AGAINST COMPANY.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Company does not assume or authorize any person to assume for Company any liability or
obligations in connection with the Product. Company’s liability does not include any special, consequential, incidental or
resulting damage to persons, property, equipment, goods, merchandise, profits, good will or reputation arising out of any
defect in or failure of Company’s Product. All warranty policies are limited to sale of Product within the U.S. Repairs and/or
replacement by Company is the sole and exclusive remedy for Customers and any damages for breach of the Warranty are
strictly limited to the amount paid by Customer for the Product found to be defective. This warranty is applicable to the
original purchase by end-user only and may not be transferred, acquired or assigned.
FILING A CLAIM. If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact [e-mail]. Please be
sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product,
model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Proof of
purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Company with all warranty claims. Your claim will be addressed on the
next business day Monday – Friday, holidays excluded. If Company is excluded from repair remedy for Product, Company
is not liable for any associated costs that were not preapproved by Company.
