Lifetime Structural Warranty
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. Architectural Mailboxes, LLC ("Company") guarantees this Product against structural
defects, under normal use and proper assembly, for the lifetime of the product. Company’s obligation under this agreement
is limited solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the warranty period. The Structural
warranty applies to the original owner only and an original receipt must be provided. This Warranty may not be modified
or extended without the explicit authority from Company. Company’s warranties herein apply only to Customer and do
not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person or entity, unless required by law. THIS WARRANTY SHALL
IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPONENTS THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT,
ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR OPERATION, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER
MAINTENANCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSING SUCH DEFECT.
What is typically not covered under a Structural warranty?
1. Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or any alteration to the mailbox that could be reasonably expected to
affect the performance of the structural components.
2. Environmental pollution or conditions, including acid rain, hail, or lightning.
3. Neglect, abuse, or use of the mailbox for unintended purposes.
4. Stone chips, scratches, or other paint damage that lead to surface rust damage.
5. Lost keys.
6. Faded surface finishes due to weather conditions.
7. Cleaning and polishing agents, chemicals, and solvents, including improper use of other rust prevention materials.
This structural warranty does not cover incidental damages such as loss of the use of the mailbox, inconvenience or
commercial loss.
GENERAL WARRANTY. Architectural Mailboxes, LLC guarantees this Product against defects in workmanship and
materials, under normal use and proper assembly, for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. Company’s
obligation under this agreement is limited solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the
warranty period. This Warranty may not be modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company.
Company’s warranties herein apply only to Customer and do not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person
or entity, unless required by law. THIS WARRANTY SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR
COMPONENTS THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER

DISCLAIMER. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE
HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY THIS AGREEMENT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY WHICH
EXTENDS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN. NO WHOLESALER, DISTRIBUTOR,
RETAILER, ANY AGENT OF THE COMPANY MAY ALTER OR AMEND SECTIONS OF THIS WARRANTY
