Assembly Instructions

1 Attach casters to legs of front (F) and back (B)
panels. A small hammer, if used carefully, can be
used to tap casters fully in place.

THESE STEPS REQUIRE TWO PEOPLE.
Have one person hold panel upright while
second person installs rails.

All long hex screws are for cage assembly.
Short hex screw & nut pairs are for the seed
guard (Step 8). Phillips head screws are for
drawer handles or front door lock (Step 3).
Attach left side lower (L1) rail to front
(F) panel. Attach right side lower (R1)
rail to front (F) panel.

Channels on rails face interior of cage.
Attach (L1) and (R1) rails to back (B) panel.

Slide left side (L2) panel into channels along
(F) and (B) panel frames. Slide right side (R2)
panel into (F) and (B) frame channels. Make sure
cup doors open out (not into cage interior).
Four vertical wires on each side panel extend
below bottom horizontal wire. Align extended
wires with corresponding holes along top surface
of (L1) & (R1) rails (see detail [a]). If extended
wires are bent, straighten with needle nose pliers.

...Install Cups/Holders — Insert holders into cup
doors on (R2) panel, and insert tall cups into
holders (see detail [b]).
...Install Perches — 37½"L perch goes from side to
side (L2 to R2) panels; 27½"L perch goes from front
to back (F to B) panels.
...Add Grille & Tray (with handle installed) —
Slide removable grille (G) into the top track (see
detail [c]), and base tray (T) into bottom track.

Slide playtop base (PT1) panel into channels on the
top inside rails of (F) and (R) frames (see detail [d]).
On the underside of the (PT1) frame are holes which
correspond with extended vertical wires on the (L2)
side panel. When wires/holes are aligned, secure
(PT1) panel with screws.

If vertical wires on (L2) are bent, straighten with needle
nose pliers to align with holes.

Slide playtop drawer (PT2) into (PT1) base.

Slide left side upper (L3) panel into
channels on (F) and (R) frames.
Door lock on L3 faces out to playtop (not to
cage interior). The decorative heart detailing
aligns to the right side (see detail [e]) of
the playtop drawer rail.
Secure (L3) panel with screws in lower
corners.
