READ THESE NOTES FIRST:
• Enlist A Friend: This is a large cage and requires two people
to assemble.

THIS STAGE IS EASIER WITH TWO PEOPLE.
Install top (C) roof panel.
→ When facing front of cage, underside of (C) LEFT rail
should have three holes, to correspond with three
extened vertical wires on (L3) panel. Underside of
(C) RIGHT rail should have four holes, to correspond
with four vertical wires on (R2) panel (see detail [f]).
Guide the top of the (C) roof panel into channels
at the top arch of the (F) and (B) panels. Align the
holes along the (C) rails with the vertical wires
on the (L3) and (R2) side panels.
Secure the (C) roof panel
with screws in lower corners.
6 ASSEMBLE PLAYTOP UNIT
Attach U-bar (PT3) to top rail of (PT1) with two screws.
Attach cup/perch bar (PT4) to U-bar (PT3) with two
screws.
Slide 21⅝"L perch (PT5) onto (PT4) cup/perch bar.
Slide toy hanger (PT6) bar into sleeves on (PT4)
cup/perch bar. Tighten the wing nuts.
Insert short stainless steel cups (PT7) into holders
on (PT4) cup/perch bar.
Install ladder (PT8). Top posts on ladder correspond
with holes on vertical face of (PT4) bar. Bottom posts
correspond with holes on (L3) rail (just under door).
7 THIS STAGE REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE.
Left and right side seed guards (SG1) are inter-
changable. (SG1) guards have tabs in the corners
which fit into sleeves on the legs of the front/back
(F & B) panels (see detail [g]). Slip guards into place.
Front seed guard (SG2) panel has a notch at the
center of the front base edge. Slide (SG2) guard
into place. With first person holding (SG2) guard in
position, second person aligns holes at the corners
and secures guards together with screw & nut pairs.
Use same procedure with back seed guard (SG3).

pieces may be straightened with needle nose pliers. For seriously
damaged pieces, please contact Customer Service.
• Count Hardware: If any screws are missing, please contact
Customer Service.
• Tools: An allen wrench and phillips head screwdriver are
included. You may also want to have needle nose pliers handy. You
may use your own hand tools, but we
DO NOT recommend power
drills! Parts can be over-tightened and damaged/stripped. This
manufacturer is not responsible for this type of damage.
