• • Place door frame 28 into one of the lower corners of the door opening, then push the other end down gently. The side of the frame piece with part# bar code should be facing inside the barn. Same for all door frame pieces. x2 Insert Door Bumpers into the predrilled holes in the upper corners of Door - - - Insert one end of a pin • J into the hole in door ,___..... panel 31 , the other end into the hole in door frame 29 . Repeat on the other side.
• 31 IMPORTANT: Make sure the door 31 is swung out when putting part 32 and 33 onto the structure. If you have the door swung in here, it won't be able to swing back out after part 32 is installed.

• Parts 40 and 41 should be installed with the flange attaching to the inside of the wall panels.
• • Insert the edge of Part 42 with the corner cutouts first.
• • x 2 Tilt 47 as shown. Align the top of 47 with the notch in 34 . Push to lower part of 47 sideways until vertical.

• • When installing the divider, please note the side with an angled cut is facing inside of the barn, as shown in the close-up drawing. Slip the tongue of 51 into the groove of 52 and hold at an angle as shown. Position in the space as shown and push down to seat. 21 Slide divider and ~ into the "u" shaped guides in the wall panels.
• Locking Nesting Box (optional): x2 To lock the nesting box, insert the 15/16'' Thumb Screw into a hole on the side of the cover of the nesting box. Screw all the way in.Remove the Thumb Screw when to open and retrieve eggs.
It is very important to keep the barn clean for healthy chickens. The Easy to Assemble design will be appreciated when it is time to clean. Remove one or more roof panels by reversing step 28 and 27 of the assembly instruction. You now have access to the entire inside of the house. We recommend using a detergent with strong grease cutting capabilities and safe to use around you, your kids and the chickens. After washing, rinse and then wipe down the panels.
