3.Waitfiveminutes.
4.Reconnectpowertothemodem.
5.Waitforthemodemtopowerup(about
oneminute;pleaserefertothemodem’s
documentationformoredetails).
6.ReconnectpowertotheRouter.
7.CheckyourInternetconnection.
WhentheInternetconnectioniscomplete,
theWizardwilltellyouthatyouarefinished.
The“Connected”LEDonthefrontofthe
RouterwillbesolidGREEN,indicatingthat
theRouterisnowconnectedtotheInternet.
TheWizardwillnowtransferallofthe
configurationinformationtotheRouter.
Thiswilltakeapproximatelyoneminute.
Duringthistime,donotturnofftheRouter
orcomputer.TheRouterwillrestartitself
attheendofthisstep.
TheWizardwillnowcheckforanInternet
connection.Thiscantakeafewminutes.
TheWizardmaynotdetectaconnection
rightaway.Ifnot,itwillretryanumberoftimes.
The“Connected”lightonthefrontpanel
oftheRouterwillflashduringthistime.
Pleasebepatientthroughthisprocess,
andwaitfortheconnectiontobedetected.
IftheEasyInstallWizardrepeatedly
displaysanerrorstatingthatitcannot
makeanInternetconnection,youmayneed
