The Wireless Joey Access Point does not turn on.
What to do: If the green power LED on the Wireless Joey Access
Point does not light after applying power, verify that
• the power connector is properly inserted into the Wireless
Joey Access Point.
• the power cord hasn’t been damaged or pinched.
• there is power to the outlet.
I am unable to WPS connect the Wireless Joey receiver and
Wireless Joey Access Point.
What to do: If the Wireless Joey receiver does not nd the Wireless
Joey Access Point while both are in WPS mode, verify that the Wireless
Joey Access Point is in Access Point mode (see step 4 on page 5). Put
both devices into WPS mode and try again. Conrm that the orange
WiFi LED on the front panel of the Wireless Joey Access Point lights
and then continually blinks. If the orange WiFi LED light blinks twice
and stops, the Wireless Joey Access Point has detected a WPS conict.
Wait two minutes and try again.
If the two devices still do not connect to each other, they could be out
of range. If possible, try moving the two devices closer together. After
repositioning the devices, put both devices into WPS mode to see if
they connect.
