Connecting the Devices, continued
Using the Ethernet cable that came
with the Wireless Joey Access Point,
connect the cable to the Ethernet
port of the Wireless Joey Access
Point’s back panel. Connect the other
end of the cable to the Ethernet port
of a Hopper receiver.
Plug the Wireless Joey Access Point
into a power outlet. The blue Ethernet
LED lights solid. The green power
LED light blinks, indicating that it is
taking a software download. Do not
disconnect the Wireless Joey Access
Point from power or Ethernet while it
is taking a software download. The
green power LED light goes solid
when the download is nished.
On your Hopper receiver and using
your remote, press MENU, select
the Settings tile, select the Network
Setup tile, and then select the
Wireless Joey Access Point tile. The
Wireless Joey Access Point appears
as a detected device.
