; Note: When a one-sector BTS is built, only channel 1 is used. For two-sectors,
channels 1 and 2 are used. For three-sectors, channels 1, 2, and 3 are used.
Monitoring Modems
Each Monitoring Modem (V384) is a modem integrated with a built-in UHF radio that
provides an upstream RF output in the 787-788 MHz range and downstream frequency
input which ranges from 757-758MHz. Each monitoring modem serves a single sector,
enabling monitoring of downstream and upstream paths. The modems can be
monitored locally via the rear panel Ethernet connector, or via the NMS.
