TheAquaMetrixESseriestoroidalconductivitysensorsareused

fouledorcorroded.
EachsensorcomesstandardwithaPT1000RTDtemperaturede-
vice,whichprovidesautomatictemperaturecompensationto25°C
(77°F).
TheAquaMetrixESsensorscanbemountedinowthroughapplica-
tionsorsubmersionmountedintanksoropenvessels.

Operating Principle:
Toroidalconductivitysensorsaremadeupoftwo-wirewoundtoroids
encapsulatedinapottingcompoundandencasedinaplasticbody.
Onetoroidactsasatransmitterandtheotherasareceiver.An
electriccurrentisinducedbetweenthetoroidsthroughtheprocess
solution.Thiscurrentisdirectlyproportionaltotheconductivityofthe
processsolution.

These sensors are made to interface with a third party analyzer. We
recommend the Knick Eco Stratos.
