OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (INCLUDED)
• Wire the outdoor temperature sensor Model
8052 to the “ODT” terminals as shown. See
FIGURE 10.
• Maximum distance of the ODT sensor from
the 6000 Series is 300 feet.
• Do not wire along 120VAC lines.
• Outdoor temperature sensor should be
mounted:
– On side of building out of direct sunlight.
– Above snow line.
– At least 3 feet away from exhaust vents
and condensing lines.

shown. See FIGURE 11.
• Maximum distance of the DAT sensor from
the 6000 Series Hub is 300 feet.
• Do not wire along 120VAC lines.
• Refer to FIGURE 2 on page 7 for the proper
mounting location of the discharge air
temperature sensor.
RETURN AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (OPTIONAL)
• Wire the return air temperature sensor
Model 8052 to the “RAT” terminals as
shown. See FIGURE 12.
• Maximum distance of the RAT sensor from
the 6000 Series Hub is 300 feet.
• Do not wire along 120VAC lines.
• Mount the sensor according to the
installation instructions provided with the
sensor.
