Receiving and Ending Phone Calls
During a Phone Call
Incomingphonecallswillautomaticallyappearonthedisplay
andaringtonewillbeheard.
Note:Thevolumeoftheringtonedependsonthevolume
leveloftheXDMA7800.Theincomingringtonemaynotbe
heardifthevolumeissettoalowlevelormuteisactivated.
•Press toreceivetheincomingphonecall.
•Press torefusetheincomingphonecall.
Note: If Auto Answer is set to ONinthesetupmenu,all
phonecallswillbereceivedautomatically.
Duringanactivephonecall,press toendaphonecall.
Ifthephonecallwasreceivedwhenlisteningtomusicin
anothermode,theXDMA7800willresumetheprevious
mode.
Turnthevolume knobtoadjustthevolumelevelduringa
phonecall.Bluetoothmodehasaseparatevolumelevel
fromthemainvolumeofothermodes.TheXDMA7800will
rememberthevolumelevelinBluetoothmodeandalways
returntothelastvolumelevelforeachphonecall.
Press MUTEduringaphonecalltoturntheXDMA7800's
externalmicrophoneoff.PressMUTEagaintoresume
microphoneoperation.
Press DISPLAYduringaphonecalltotransferthecallfrom
theXDMA7800tothecellphone.PressDISPLAYagainto
toggletheaudiobacktotheXDMA7800.
Duringaphonecall,ifthereisasecondincomingcall,press
toplacethefirstcallonholdandswitchtothesecond
phonecall.Press againtoswitchbacktothefirstcall.
Duringaphonecall,whentherearenoadditionalincoming
calls,press toplacethecallonhold.Press againto
resumethephonecall.
Note:Audiotransfer,callwaitingandcallholdmustbe
supportedbythemobilephoneandserviceproviderto
functionproperly.
