Caution: Do not remove grill plates while appliance is hot. Always allow them to cool to room temperature before removing or cleaning. USING THE LOCKING HINGE POISITION Tip: This feature keeps upper grill plate above food on lower grill plate. 1. This grill has a unique hinge that allows the grill cover to adjust to the thickness of food being grilled. This allows for even melting of cheese on top of hot cooked hamburgers. 2.
Please note: To be sure your food is fully cooked, the USDA recommends the following guidelines. Use a kitchen timer. Using a meat thermometer, test for doneness by inserting the thermometer into the center of the food being cooked and make sure the thermometer is not touching the bone or grill plates.
Care and Cleaning This appliance contains no user-serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service personnel.
