5 Install the operating system on a volume from the list. For example, type:
/usr/sbin/installer -pkg /System/Installation/Packages/
OSInstall.mpkg -target /private/var/tmp/Mount01 -lang en
-verbose
to get this result:
installer: Package name is Mac OS X
installer: Installing onto volume mounted at
/private/var/tmp/Mount01.
installer: The install was successful.
6 Type one of these commands to restart the server:
/sbin/reboot
/sbin/shutdown -r
