.Mac syncing
You can select the
information you want to
synchronize and how you
want to do it. Choose to
sync automatically; every
hour, day, or week; or
manually. To sync your
information immediately,
click Sync Now.
Select the information
you want to synchronize.
Choose whether you
want to sync your
information automatically
or do it yourself.
Syncing your iPod
iSync lets you select how
you want to synchronize
your contacts and
calendars on your iPod.
You can sync all your
contacts and calendars,
or you can select a
specific group or
calendar.
Select to sync your iPod
automatically when you
connect it to your Mac.
Choose the group of contacts
you want to sync.
Select the iCal calendars you
want to sync on your iPod.
