1 Check power connections and power source.
2 Recycle power to printer.
3 Replace power cord.
4 Replace power board and retest.
5 Reseat logic board connectors. Replace logic board.
Power and Resume
lights blinking in
unison, printer
won’t print
1 Verify printer has paper and ink cartridges.
2 Make sure ink cartridges are properly seated.
3 Visually inspect the paper-out sensor. Verify the sensor is
properly positioned to the flag sensor on the logic board.
4 Reseat logic board connectors. Replace logic board.
5 Replace the carriage motor. Retest
