Incomplete print 1 Remove tape on ink cartridge. Replace the ink cartridge.
2 Clean the print cartridge contacts.
3 Perform “Print Head Cleaning” in Additional Procedures.
4 Reseat logic board connectors. Replace logic board.
5 Replace mechanical assembly.
Blurring or fuzzy
printing
1 Clean the fibers from the carriage assembly. Perform
“Fiber Track Cleaning” in Additional Procedures.
2 Look for obstruction interfering with the carriage
movement. Replace the mechanical assembly.
3 Remove and reseat interface cable.
4 Reseat logic board connectors. Replace logic board.
5 Perform “Print Head Cleaning” in Additional Procedures.
6 Replace ink cartridge.
7 Replace mechanical assembly.
